En viihtynyt kovin kauaa ilman rakennekynsiä, joten laitoin geelit takas tossa pari viikkoa sitten. Tällä kertaa vaihteeks pari senttiä lyhemmät kuin mitä mun kynnet normaalisti on, koska mulla oli pari ideaa mitkä halusin toteuttaa ja ne olis näyttäny ihan keharilta pitkillä stiletoilla.

Didn't feel comfy without nails for long, so I put gels back couple weeks ago. This time I did a bit shorter nails than I usually have, because I had couple designs in mind which I wanted to try and they would've looked retarded on long stilettos.

1. Monsterikynnet, eli noi örkin näköset millä on sarvet ja naama :--D Nää oli se mun main reason lyhyempiin kynsiin. Jos joku nyt miettii, niin noi sarvet ei oikeestaan oo ees terävät tai tunnu mitenkään epäkäytännöllisiltä. Ainakaan enää kun oon tottunu niihin. Oikeeseen käteen oli tosi vaikee tehä noi sarvet ja maalaa naama, siks violetti örkki ei näytä yhtä kivalta kun toi musta.

Monster nails, aka those nails with evil faces and horns :--D This was my main reason for shorter nails. In case some of you are wondering, the horns arent't sharp or hard to work with at all. Atleast not now when I'm used to them. The purple monster on the right hand was super hard to do, which is why it doesn't look as nice as the black one.

2. Sydänranskis, eli sydämmen muotonen ranskalainen kärki. Ei ehkä erotu niin selkeesti noiden niittien takia mutta nojoo. Yritin kerran tällasta tehä pitkille kynsille ja näytti ihan tyhmältä.

Heart shaped french mani, which isn't that visible because of the studs I added buuut anyway. I tried to do this kind of style for longer nails once but it just looked wrong.

Tän jälkeen sit taas pituutta lisää, ei tunnu yhtään omalta nää vaikka ihan kivat onkin :D

Moikka pitkästä aikaa ! Tän viikon oon paahtanu täysillä töissä, valmistellen kaikkia juttuja Joulukuun ajaksi. Ja nyt perjantaina, mun työssäoppiminen loppui vihdoin ! Aloitin siis Huhtikuun alussa ja huomenna, maanantaina, palaankin jo takaisin kouluun. Kauheen nopee meni aika ja koulu ei kyllä innostaisi yhtään, haluisin vaan tehä töitä, haha.

Anyway, jatkan osa-aikasena töitä koulun ohella ja tulee oleen kiirettä vastedeskin, koska oon jo täyttäny kaikki aukot millon ei oo tunteja, töillä.
Enää puoli vuotta jäljellä kunnes valmistun ja pikkuhiljaa pitäisi alkaa uutta kämppääkin ettimään jne, joten keväästä tulee varmaan aika hektinen.

No mutta jos nyt jotain vaikka kertoisin siitä mun viime viikonlopun reissusta Jyväskylään:

Long time no see ! I've been working hard this week with all the stuff we've planned for December at work. And now, on Friday, my on-the-job learning period is finally over and I will return to school on Monday. Time has passed super quickly, because I started working at the beginning of April and now it's already over... Not really looking to going to school, I just wanna continue working, haha.

And actually I will. I've already filled all the empty spaces in my calendar when I don't have school, with work.
Only half a year to go till I will graduate, and I need to start looking for an apartment pretty soon too, so the Spring will be quite hectic I guess.

Anyway, here's a little something about my trip to Jyväskylä last weekend:
Satuin saamaan kutsun Nellyn High Heels -bileisiin juuri ennen lähtöäni, joten ilmoittauduin niihin ja pyysin Sarin mukaani. Aika jännä että sain kutsun just Jyväskylän bileisiin (jotka sattu oleen just sillon ku olin itekin siellä), enkä esim. Helsingin bileisiin.

No mut ehkä ihan hyvä näin. Helsingissä ois varmasti saanu jonottaa koko päivän, sillä 100 ekalle jaettiin goodie bagit ja saatiin valita ilmaiset kengät ! Jonotettiin vajaa 2 tuntia, mutta mitäpä sitä nyt ei ilmaisten kenkien eteen tekisi !

I happened to get an invite to Nelly High Heels -party just before leaving to Jyväskylä. I thought it could be nice so I decided to go and asked Sari to come with me. I'm still wondering why did I get the invite to Jyväskylä's party (and luckily I happened to be there at the right time), and not to the Helsinki party? 

But I'm actually happy about that. There's so much more people in Helsinki than in Jyväskylä so you probably would've had to queue all day to the party in Helsinki, when in Jyväskylä we stood in the line for less than 2 hours ! Why? Because the first 100 to arrive got goodie bags and got to choose a free pair of heels !! What wouldn't a girl do for free shoes, haha.

Laskelmien mukaan, oltiin about siinä 65 paikkeilla jonossa !

Somebody counted the people in line, and I think we were at 65 or something !

Minä jonossa. Oikeesti ikävä aikaa ilman lunta kun kattoo tätä kuvaa....

Kun päästiin vihdoin sisälle, koko paikka oli täynnä vitriinejä jotka oli täynnä kenkiä. Saatiin laput joille piti kirjoittaa kolme lemppari kenkää paremmuus järjestykseen, joista sitten joku pari lähetetään sulle postissa.

When we finally got in, we got cards where to write our top 3 favourite shoes. There was a huge variety where to choose from ! All of the shoes were placed in glass cabinets.

Mustaa ja niittejä, kelpaa mulle. En tosin tiiä pysynkö pystyssä noin kapeella ja korkeella korolla mutta ainakin voin istua bileissä nää jalassa ja nää näyttää kivalta kenkähyllyssä.

Black (fake)leather and studs, me likey. Tho I have no idea if I will ever be able to walk with these, but at least they will look nice when sitting in a club and when placed on my shoe-shelf.


Jos nämä kolahtaa postiluukusta niin näistä kolmesta näille olis varmaan eniten käyttöä.

Out of these three, this pair is probably gonna be the one I will be wearing the most if I get them.


Tässä vaiheessa en osannu enää valita niin pistin 3. sijalle vaan jotkut :--D Oon vähän nirso kenkien suhteen enkä oikein tykänny muista kuin noista kahesta ekasta vaihtoehdosta.

At this point I couldn't decide the 3rd shoe I would actually WANT (I'm a bit picky when it comes to shoes) so I just picked something. I only liked the first 2 pairs.

Myöhemmin myös Mia ja Buu liittyi meidän seuraan ja oli kiva nähdä pitkästä aikaa !

Later on Mia and Buu joined us and it was nice to see them after a long time !

Ja näin kaikui näytöksen viimeiset sävelet perjantai-iltana. Kuvasin tän videon iPadilla näytöksen lopusta. En tosin tainnut ihan loppuun asti ajatella, kun kuvasin tän tyhmästi pystyssä, mutta eipä se mitään. Koko näytöksen voi katsella täältä huomattavasti parempi laatuisena.
On varmaan sanomattakin selvää, että näytöksen vaatteet olivat upeaa katseltavaa.

I guess I don't need to tell you, but the clothes were amazing.

Nappasin nämä kaksi kuvaa omalta paikaltani, jonka jälkeen laitoin kameran pois. Mun ja Alexin paikat oli toisessa rivissä, koska mentiin istumaan vähän myöhässä. Paikoilta näki kyllä todella hyvin, mutta mua häiritsi noi edessä istuvien päät jotka tuli väkisinkin kuviin.

I took these two pictures from my seat and after that, decided to put my camera away. Alex and me had seats on the second row, because we went to get our seats a bit late. You could see the models really well from our seats, but taking pictures kinda sucked because the people on the first row were on the way.

Näytöksen jälkeen käytiin moikkaamassa Mertiä ja muita tuttuja backstagella ja syötiin Alien kakkua.

After the show, we went to the backstage to say hi to Mert and other people and had some Alien cake.



Nyt oonkin sit maanantaista lähtien maannut kotona peiton alla kipeenä, mutta nyt alkaa onneksi jo vähän helpottaa ja hyvä niin, sillä huomenna suuntaan kohti Jyväskylää viikonlopuksi ja junamatka vois olla aika tuskallinen super kipeenä. Noh, toivotaan parasta.

And now I've been sick since Monday and spent my time laying under the covers at home. But luckily I've been starting to feel more okay today. Lucky me, because tomorrow I will pack my bags and head to Jyväskylä for the weekend and a three hours long train trip could be a bit painful if you're feeling ill. Well, let's hope for the best.
