This is my third visit to Tokyo and for some reason it doesn't feel like I'm on a holiday at all, but more like I just came home. Ok, the fact that I'm staying at the same guesthouse in Toritsu-daigaku (and the exact same room too!) as last summer, might have something to do with it.
Aside from the rain, the weather has been good and quite similar to Finnish summer I'd say. Except the air is more humid, but not nearly as bad as during the summers I've spent here.
And now off with the pictures! So far we've managed to...
...run into cool people from Instagram.
...feel at home in Toritsu-daigaku.
...take pics while waiting for the train.
...explore Ikebukuro.
...take some purikura.
...visit Line Friends Store in Harajuku and take pics with the huge Brown plushie!
...get lost in Ikebukuro.
...visit Pokémon center.
...eat at Pikachu café!
...explore Akihabara! It was my first visit since 2009 hahah.
...find One Piece goods! I love One piece so much, but I haven't managed to find any USEFUL goods like phone cases or something. Figures are nice to look at but I don't wanna buy them for myself.
...try to pose like a cool person haha.
...enjoy our time here.
...try takoyaki! It has been on my list of things to try since forever, but I finally gathered the courage to do it! The flavour wasn't bad, but the texture was a bit weird and they smelled way fishier than they tasted like. Takoyaki is octopus balls btw.
...make new friends during a nightly adventure in Shibuya.That's it for now, I'll try to update something from here every week, so I won't have a shitload of pics to go through when I come home. Bye for now!

You should visit Koenji, it's nice underground place with rock bars and graffitis and people with punk attitude, and really cool small clothning stores and fleamarkets for alternative styles! Explore the side where Mc-Donals is w
