Koin että 16 gigaa on ihan tarpeeks, koska mulla on kuitenkin 120GB iPod ja 32GB iPhone jo entuudestaan. iPadia hankkiessa oli lähinnä mielessä bloggaaminen, kuvien muokkaaminen ja netin plärääminen joita tuun todennäköisesti tällä eniten tekemään :'D Tää on niin ihanan helppo ottaa mukaan joka paikkaan ! Ei tulis mieleenkään et raahaisin mun rakkaan Vaioni kodin ulkopuolelle, ellei oo ihan pakko, koska se painaa about saman verran kuin säkillinen tiiliskiviä. I got myself 'the new iPad' in white via mail last Friday ! I've been wanting to get one since they released the first iPad, but everybody kept telling me that iPad 2 will be in stores soon so there's no point to get one yet. Well, for some reason I never managed to get the second one either, but third time's the charm they say. Here's my beautiful new 3rd generation iPad !
16GB, 4G + Wifi. I decided 16 gigabytes would be enough for me, since I already have 120GB iPod and 32GB iPhone. When buying this, I mostly had blogging, photo editing and browsing the internet in my mind, which probably will be the things I will mostly use this for :'D It's just so easy to bring this with me to anywhere I go ! There's no way I would bring my beloved Vaio with me unless I absolutely have to. It weights almost as much as a bag full of bricks. The final price for this was 580€ with shipping included, from CDON.com.
As the lockscreen background I have one of the photos from Glad News A/W 2012 collection :--) I'm kinda pissed I couldn't find a HD version of it anywhere but... oh well. You can't really notice it from this pic.
Tässäpä puolestaan homescreenin taustakuva ja jotain appeja. Toisella sivulla olis vielä lisää appeja mutta who cares. Yritin asetella appit suht samaan järjestykseen kuin mitä iPhonessakin, että löytäisin ne helpommin.... XD Taustakuvana joku muikkeli
Ghost of Harlemin S/S 2012 -kokoelmasta. Toisinku GN, GOH onneks uppaa kaikki niiden kuvat ihan valtavina niitten sivuille. Resoluutiot on sitä luokkaa et vois tyyliin tulostaa julisteita niistä... kelepaa :-)
Aaaand here's the background for the homescreen and some apps. I have another page of apps too but who cares, really. I tried to put the apps in somewhat same order as they are in my iPhone so I would find them easier... XD The background is some chick from Ghost of Harlem S/S 2012 collection. Unlike GN, GOH uploads all their pics in huge size to their homepage. The resolutions are so good you could print posters of them... me likey :-)

Christian Louboutonin keissit oli kyllä päheitä, mutta tuntuu jotenkin väärältä maksaa suojapussukasta melkein saman verran kuin itse laitteesta.... No-no. Ehkä sitten kun tienaan miljoonia.
Okay, so I have iPad in the shopping cart now, what next? Well, buy a fabulous case for it ofc ! I wanted something with studs/spikes so I did some googling. Guess where I ended up? To a very humble site called net-a-porter with some over priced designer cases.
These cases by Christian Louboutin are incredibly pretty tho, but somehow it would feel very wrong to pay almost as much for the case, as you paid for the iPad itself.... So, no-no. Maybe I'll consider it again when I make millions.

No tottakai kiinnosti :--D Tuli kuin tilauksesta ja valkkasin itelleni smart coverin tapaisen pinkin kotelon, jonka noudin torstaina. Clas Ohlsonilla oli käsittääkseni jokin kampanja, jossa ne auttaa ihmisiä arkisten ongelmien kanssa. Esimerkiksi yks jäbä twiittas että edessä on tylsä junamatka > Clas Ohlson lahjoittaa pari lautapeliä :--D Onnekkaana pääsin mukaan tähän !
Well, ofcourse I was interested :--D The offer was perfect for the timing and I chose this pink smart cover look-a-like case for myself and went to get it on Thursday. If I understood right, Clas Ohlson had some campaign where they help people with their problems. For example, there was one guy who tweeted he had a long and boring train trip ahead of him > Clas Ohlson gave him couple board games :--D I was lucky they picked me too !

Etsystä tältä myyjältä kivan valkoisen kotelon jossa oli kultaisia niittejä, joka sitten päätyi vielä tilaukseen. Tän keissin kävin hakemassa postista tänään ja tykkään tosi paljon ! Eihän tää noille Louboutinin keisseille vedä vertoja, mutta kelpaa mulle :)
Buuuut, a case with some studs on it was still haunting in my mind, and finally I found a nice white one with golden studs from Etsy, from this seller, which I bought. I got this second case today and I like it a lot ! Ofcourse it's not as pretty as the Louboutin ones, but it's a good one anyway :)

Siinäpä se ! Niittikotelon mukana tuli joku tällainen alennuskoodi, mutta koska itse tuskin tilailen toista, niin jaanpa sen täällä teille. Näiltä muuten löytyy myös iPhone kuoria ! Itse siis tilasin omani Etsystä, mutta näillä näyttäis näköjään olevan ihan omakin nettikauppa, hmmm..
That's it ! I got this discount code with the studded case, but I don't think I'll need another one so I thought I might as well share it with you. They have iPhone cases too btw ! As I said, I bought mine from Etsy, but it seems like they have their own webshop too, hmmm..
Ps. Mitä välineitä/appeja kantsii hankkii iPadille? Mielessä oli ainakin stylus-kynä ja joku piuha millä saa suoraan kuvat kamerasta iPadiin. Photoshop appin latasinkin jo !
What tools/apps are good to have for an iPad? I was thinking about getting a stylus-pen and some cable I can use to get photos straight from my camera to iPad. And I already downloaded the Photoshop app !
